Our family had a great time at this ranch! I loved that there were no TVs and wifi was not great. It forced my children to play outside with sticks. And they had a great time doing it! The food was excellent and there were options that were appealing to all of us. One of the chefs offered to make specific kid friendly food too. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at meal times. We also had a great time on our horseback rides through the gorgeous desert landscape. My boys enjoyed the archery and shooting lessons too. We also took the tour to the gold mine close by and that was fascinating for all of us.. Highly recommend for a fun family adventure.

Breakfast was a good value compared to other hotels that have breakfast. There was sand in my bed, but the sheets smelled clean. Overall, it was a unique experience that I enjoyed very much but I think they could work a little bit harder on cleanliness. My shower ceiling had a little mold. Still with that all being said, I would totally recommend this place as it provided a very unique salt of the Earth experience.

It was historic and charming in a gorgeous location in of beautiful old trees, with lovely Mountain View’s. The staff was great. I took the Sunday morning scenic horseback ride, which was terrific. The scenery is hard to beat. We also loved the large and beautiful living room, which had a roaring fire. The honor system bar was well stocked.

Loved the ranch as it is for the old west look. Loved the horses and views. Staff was friendly and helpful . Loved the room . Wish I could have risen but my age stopped me. Would like to have alittle time petting a horse. Cookies was nice touch. Loved puzzles, magazines and antique used in the decorating.

Our first guest ranch in a nice city: a typical hotel, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy the ranch atmosphere. We had a great horse ride, with great horses. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also great. Stay a little expensive but definitely worth it. We loved it and we felt at home.
